This patient had a prior pars plana vitrectomy and then a three-piece IOL was implanted, but now, months later, the patient presents to you with this situation. I had the same situacion of a vertical lens with a monofocales IOL. One haptic was gold ed on itself, so I took it out of the bad, unfolded the haptic and reinserted it in the bag. Problem solved !
