2545: dense cataract MSICS with a surprise

Our guest surgeon does a great job with this very difficult cataract surgery. This very elderly patient has a very dense cataract (like a rock), a relatively small pupil, and a surprise! The surprise is a very fragile and weak capsule which ruptures during surgery. How can you complete the case now? What will be required? Can you implant a posterior chamber IOL? What will be the outcome?
