2534: fixing severe zonular loss

Our guest surgeon does a fantastic job with this very difficult cataract case. You can see in the title picture that about 6 clock hours of lens equator is visible and the cataract has sunsetted. The challenge here is to support the capsule during cataract removal and IOL insertion and then to provide fixation of the capsular bag so that there is long term stability of the IOL.
