In this video we again feature one of the great glaucoma specialists, Professor Ramesh Ayyala from USF in Tampa, USA. He features a couple of patients with mild to moderate glaucoma who are currently on 1-2 topical medications to control intra-ocular pressure (IOP). He performs implantatiojn of the iStent device to aid in aqueous outflow and then also the iDose TR device which is a slow release of travaprost to give around-the-clock drug release to also control IOP. He also demonstrates how to reposition the iDose TR if your first attempt did not secure it. Great pearls and these techniques are well within the skill set of all cataract surgeons.
