Every year it seems like the resident surgeons are getting better and better. The access to so many great learning resources (like CataractCoach.com and RetinaRounds.com) allows for around the clock learning (in high definition) from anywhere on the planet (using your mobile phone). There is so much wide open access to great learning materials and these young surgeons are pushing themselves to learn more and more at earlier stages. This is case 44 for our young resident who does a great job with this case. There are still some areas that require further refinement, but overall it is a great case and it’s better than my 44th case back decades ago! Keep up the good work and be sure to submit some future videos as well – particularly complication videos since that is where we learn the most.

our sister channel RetinaRounds.com is now live – check it out by clicking on the logo above!
