Our guest surgeon does a great job with this case using the nucleus spinning technique made famous by Dr Neto Rosatelli from Brazil. The idea is to free up the cortex as much as possible so that the entire lens (nucleus and cortex) can be removed with just the phaco probe. Great technique but it requires a high degree of skill!
