2475: MSICS with Pars Plana Vitrectomy

Our guest surgeon does a great combination case of removing a dense cataract with MSICS (manual shelved-incision cataract surgery) and then performing a pars plana vitrectomy for a vitreous hemorrhage and retinal pathology. Amazingly the MSICS incision is so well constructed that it stays shut even when insertion of the vitrectomy trocars. This would be a great video for our upcoming RetinaRounds.com sister channel which will feature a new video every single day.
