This patient presents with a long-standing white cataract and when you remove it there is a fibrotic plaque. It’s actually under the anterior capsule so the surgeon was able to create a complete capsulorhexis, remove the nucleus and insert the IOL. But what should you do with this flap of fibrotic tissue?
