2422: IOL exchange with open capsule

Performing an IOL exchange can be tricky, particularly if the patient has already had a YAG laser capsulotomy. In this case our guest surgeon (who was our featured podcast guest yesterday) removes a multi-focal IOL from a patient who has an open posterior capsule. An innovative solution in this case is using a capsule hook for counter-traction while dissecting the haptics from the capsular bag equator.
