In this video we present four fast clips, each just 1 minute long, showing great surgical pearls. The first is an easy way to perform ISHF docking for the Yamane procedure without having the IOL optic go into the mid-vitreous cavity. The next one is how to free up an IOL that is stuck in the tip of the injector cartridge. The third is really brilliant: placing the 27g BSS cannula within the silicone phaco sleeve to prevent iris prolapse during hydro-dissection. And the last one is our recent CataractCoach podcast guest showing how to perform hydro-implantation of the IPCL phakic IOL. These are all great pearls that will certainly find a place in your surgical practice. Enjoy them and Happy Thanksgiving to my USA colleagues.
