2375: synechiae with 360° pupil seclusion

This patient had a history of prior uveitis which is now quiescent. This has left the eye with extensive posterior synechiae and 360° pupil seclusion. Our guest surgeon does a great job of lysing these synechiae and performing the cataract surgery without the use of iris hooks or a pupil expansion ring. Beautiful job with this tough case.     At the moment of surgery, after iol implantation then visco aspiration, i thought my rhexis just to big, that the iol going to the anterior.. and the comment you say that the iol might sit on the sulcus make me think it again. it hit my head. thank you a lot.
    i operated the second eye already (same case).

    Note : The patient still on the followed up till now, with good vision and quiet for both eye.
