2360: cataract surgery after ruptured globe

This patient sustained a ruptured globe injury years prior and now presents with a cornea scar, irregular pupil, and a cataract. The pupil is irregular since there is iris tissue trapped in the site of prior corneal perforation. You can see in the title picture that iris hooks are being used to temporarily expand the pupil during cataract surgery, but what should we do about the irido-corneal adhesion? Please comment below
