2350: great job for cataract case 500

Edit: I totally missed this in the review of this case: the IOL goes in the eye upside down! Watch carefully and forgive my oversight — the flip happens so quickly that it was hard to notice. Thanks to our sharp CataractCoach fans who pointed this out.

This anonymous video is cataract case 500 for this young surgeon and the technique is really great. Remember that we have often said that 500 is about half-way up the learning curve for modern day cataract surgery. This surgeon has clearly devoted a lot of time to improving skills and increasing the precision and safety for this procedure. There are still some helpful bits of advice we can offer to help this surgeon progress even more. Watch the video and comment below with what you think could be improved.
