
This patient has ectopia lentis with severe subluxation of the crystalline lens. Our guest surgeon does a great job of saving the capsular bag, securing it to the sclera, and then implanting an IOL. This is a tough case, 10/10 difficulty, and this video gives some very useful advice for achieving success. The key starts with getting a good capsulorhexis and that is not easy given the circumstances.
