In this video the senior resident has done about 200 cataract surgeries and now takes the initiative to help teach the junior resident for parts of this case. All the while they are both being supervised by their professor for additional guidance. The technique is to allow the junior resident to “back in” to the case by doing the last steps of the surgery. The mark of true knowledge is the ability to teach it to others.
