
One of our favorite topics on CataractCoach is the white cataract and we know that the challenge in these cases is capsulorhexis creation. The intumescent lens cortex causes the capsular bag to become pressurized and this can lead to a run-out capsulorhexis and the dreaded Argentinian Flag Sign where the entire capsule splits rapidly.
