This is a challenging case of a white cataract where the capsulorhexis has a tendency to run out. Our guest surgeon does a great job of rescuing this using the Little technique but then ends up with a relatively small capsular opening. Scissors are used to cut the capsulorhexis edge and then enlarge it to a more appropriate diameter. This video shows a very useful technique that all beginning surgeons should learn.
