This patient is undergoing combined cataract surgery and pupilloplasty in this eye which had a prior penetrating keratoplasty (corneal transplant). The surgeon does a great job of using a simplified 4-throw pupilloplasty technique and gives a great functional and anatomic result to this patient. This is a technique that any experienced cataract surgeon can learn and employ.
