2147: fix narrow angles with cataract surgery

When we replace the 4.5mm thick cataract with a thin IOL, we open the angle of the eye and solve the issue of narrow angles. This means that cataract surgery is the preferred technique for treatment of narrow angles in the population of patients over age 60 or so. In the video here, our guest surgeon uses a pupil expansion ring to perform cataract surgery in this eye with a small pupil and shallow anterior chamber. Post-op OCT imaging shows a wide open angle with the thin IOL optic in the capsular bag. Cataract surgery is a gift 🙂
