Our guest surgeon, Professor Venkatesh presents a technique to easily rotate an IOL both clockwise and counterclockwise with the IA probe. By placing the coaxial IA probe under the optic, the capsular bag is inflated with the balanced salt solution inflow and then the IOL can be pivoted in either direction using a second instrument.
