This compilation video shows various situations where there is a posterior capsule rupture and how a posterior chamber IOL can be implanted to give the patient a great outcome. In some cases the IOL can still be placed in the capsular bag, in others there is sulcus IOL placement, and finally there is even the retro-iris claw lens option.
