2048: traumatic cataract with corectopia

This young patient sustained ocular trauma many years ago which caused a corneo-limbal perforation which was self-sealed by prolapsed iris tissue. This resulted in a severe corectopia as well as a traumatic cataract. The patient now seeks assistance in restoring vision to this eye. How will you free the iris without opening the prior perforation site? How will you center and restore the pupil? Will the cataract surgery portion of the procedure be challenging? So many great learning points from this beautifully performed surgery.
