2045: capsule complications from femto phaco

We have extensively covered the topic of using the femtosecond laser to assist in parts of cataract surgery, including studies which show no significant benefit in the vast majority of cases. We must remember that any new device or technology also has the potential for additional complications and this video shows potential issues with capsulotomy creation in FLACS (Femtosecond Laser Assisted Cataract Surgery) such as a run-out capsular tear and an incomplete capsular opening.
