This videos shows a split screen where the attending and fellow are both performing routine cataract surgery. And the techniques are remarkably similar, showing that the fellow is doing a great job learning from the attending. The attending is more efficient for some steps while the fellow is more efficient for others. Both are great cases and show excellent surgical skill.
