This is a VERY difficult surgery and truly requires expert hands to achieve an excellent outcome. Our guest surgeon does a beautiful job to help this patient with severe pseudo-exfoliation with glaucoma and a dislocated cataract due to extensive zonulopathy. The patient is going to have a triple: cataract removal, scleral fixated IOL and then a glaucoma seton implant to control the intra-ocular pressure.
