1942: this capsulorhexis is going to run out

In most cases of intumescent white cataracts, we can substantially lower the risk of capsular run-out (the Argentinian flag sign) by decompressing the capsular bag with a variety of techniques. But if we don’t do this additional step, we are more likely to have a capsular run-out. That is precisely what happens here. Look at the title pic and you just know what is about to happen.
