1815: My Week: do not prolapse this nucleus

For many cases, I prefer to partially prolapse the nucleus out of the capsular bag so that it is easier to chop and emulsify. It also allows a wider margin of safety as the nucleus is now farther from the delicate posterior capsule. In this case, I am not going to do that. I want to keep the nucleus in the capsular bag and instead I will perform a combo phaco chop to divide the cataract.
