1765: keep the capsulorhexis centered

In this complete cataract case the pupil has dilated in an asymmetric manner. There is no history of trauma and in the pre-operative testing, the pupil is of normal size and centration in both photopic and mesopic lighting. When making the capsulorhexis in this case our goal should be to keep it centered on the lens capsule so that it overlaps the IOL optic evenly. This means making a capsulorhexis which appears to be off-center when judging by the pupil position.
