1748: tiny hyperopic eye & small pupil

Just watching this case is stressful. It is a very small eye with a 20 mm axial length, shallow anterior chamber, and a small pupil. The planned +34 diopter IOL for a post-op goal of emmetropia (plano) tells you that this will be a tough case. Our guest surgeon does a great job with this challenging case despite the many hurdles including iris prolapse and intra-operative miosis.
