1710: this radialized capsulorhexis is stuck

This resident is just hitting his/her stride and has done more than 100 cataract surgeries at this point. This started out as a routine case, but it quickly becomes far more challenging when the capsulorhexis runs out to the zonular attachments, and the Little Maneuver fails to work. What’s worse is that the run out was iatrogenic and inadvertently caused by the resident surgeon as the forceps were pulled out of the eye. This video shows that replay in slow motion. The question now is: how will you finish the case and prevent the run out from going around the lens equator?
