1615: micro-cornea and coloboma

This is a very unusual case where the patient has a micro-cornea and also a coloboma with associated zonular absence in the area of missing iris. This is not a case that you will see regularly, but it is helpful to learn from this video where some important surgical pearls are shared. In a case like this would you attempt to close the iris defect using sutures? Would you place a capsular tension ring or sutured segment? And which IOL design would you select?
