Enough resident cases for now. If you’re a novice surgeon who has enjoyed learning from the resident cases, you can calibrate your goal to bring your surgery to the level shown in this case. Today I present a complete cataract surgery case that I performed recently in our Beverly Hills surgery center. This is a routine case, shown start to finish where the first phaco chop does not succeed in splitting the nucleus in half. That’s perfectly fine and I show you my next step to keep the case moving. The end result is great.
