1476: ASCRS case 7: dense cataract tricks

Another great case from the 2022 ASCRS CataractCoach instructional course, this time focusing on dense cataracts. There are some good pearls in this video to help you achieve success with these tough cases and probably the most important one is to encourage you to learn MSICS. Yes, even in our Beverly Hills surgery center, I perform MSICS at least a couple of times per year, particularly for patients with dense cataracts and weaker corneal endothelium.

  1. A sure must. If the Cataracts is hard and brown the chances of damage to the Cornea is very high. Think alternatively.
