This is a very tough case: a small eye with a shallow anterior chamber, a small pupil with iris laxity, and a dense cataract. Our guest surgeon does a beautiful job in this case and shows us some very useful pearls to manage this challenging situation. The patient gets a +33.0 D IOL for a target of plano and the surgeon also shows us his mechanical way of pre-chopping the nucleus with two choppers. So much to be learned from this case.
