1362: keratome to start the capsulorhexis

Our guest surgeon has an interesting technique where he uses the keratome to start the capsulorhexis. This saves a step in the surgery since the capsule flap can be created immediately after making the incision, but you must be careful to avoid inadvertently enlarging the phaco incision.
