Look carefully at this title photo and tell me which eye had a capsulorhexis with forceps and which eye had a capsulotomy made with the femto laser? Not as easy as you think, right? Now look for the ring of subconjuctival bleeding which came from the femto laser suction ring. Is there a significant difference between these two modalities for creating an opening in the anterior lens capsule? This video explains it all.
