1266: manual CTR insertion

For cases of zonulopathy, particularly for focal zones of zonular weakness or absence, using a capsular tension ring (CTR) can provide better stability and results with cataract surgery. In my cases, I typically use an injector system to deliver the CTR accurately and precisely using one hand while the other hand helps. You can also insert a CTR manually with just tying forceps and perhaps a Sinskey hook. This video from Dr Soham Dave from Nigeria, shows this technique beautifully.
