Time for a Cataract Quiz and it features a case sent to us by Dr. Valentin Bachet from Lille, France. This patient had a seemingly normal and uncomplicated cataract surgery about a week prior to be referred to Dr. Bachet for a discloated IOL. The capsular bag is intact and the capsulorhexis is good. So what happened here, how do you fix it, and what is that blue arrow pointing to?
