Complete Case: Pseudo-Exfoliation

Time for a complete cataract case, shown from start to finish. This patient has significant pseudo-exfoliation syndrome with all of the hallmarks that we see in these cases. This includes less than ideal pupil dilation and a propensity for loose zonular support. These cases can be challenging, but you can learn to master them. It is well worth your time to watch the entire video (it is still brief).
