When I first saw this video, which was submitted by an anonymous surgeon, I was in disbelief. I simply could not believe what I saw. A seemingly routine cataract surgery with the IOL inside the intact capsular bag would suddenly suffer a complication resulting in vitreous prolapse and requiring the explantation of the IOL. I could explain more, but this simply has to be seen to be believed.
