Capsulorhexis forceps with ruler marks

Our guest surgeon is Dr. Ron J. Smith who has been instrumental in teaching cataract surgery at UCLA for the past two decades. He is showing us one of his cases where he uses the Seibel Rhexis Ruler forceps to create a perfect 5-mm diameter capsulorhexis. These instruments allow measuring within the eye and also have a thin 23-gauge shaft which can even be placed via a paracentesis incision.
