Toric IOL Alignment Dilemma

In this picture, all of these lines are at the 120 degree meridian, so how do you choose where to align the toric IOL? When we make marks on the cornea/limbus to show the cardinal meridians, these tend to be centered with respect to the cornea, but the pupil may not be exactly congruent with this. This case shows a trifocal toric IOL so we must align the toric meridian and also center the diffractive rings.
