
In this picture, all of these lines are at the 120 degree meridian, so how do you choose where to align the toric IOL? When we make marks on the cornea/limbus to show the cardinal meridians, these tend to be centered with respect to the cornea, but the pupil may not be exactly congruent with this. This case shows a trifocal toric IOL so we must align the toric meridian and also center the diffractive rings.
