Our guest surgeon is Ravi Goel MD from New Jersey, USA who is also the author of the ProtectingSight.com blog. In this video Dr. Goel shows us his two-handed technique for performing a capsulorhexis in a very difficult case. This is a very young patient who had a prior vitrectomy and now has an intumescent white cataract. His technique is great and the outcome of the case is beautiful. All surgeons can learn from this case — I sure did.
