Continuing from the previous post, this is part 2 of 2 of the analysis of a resident’s 50th cataract surgery. This resident is doing very well and the case is going smoothly. The nucleus was removed using the flip-and-chop technique and now we are at the second half of the case from cortex removal to IOL insertion and then closure.
