She has also written two books on the topic: Beyond Carrots- Best Foods For Eye Health A to Z and its companion cookbook, Dr. Rani’s Visionary Kitchen. She also is the founder of The Eye Summit™ 2026 which is taking place online May 11-15, 2026 and is free.
