Time for a CataractQuiz™: this patient had cataract surgery done elsewhere some time ago and is now being referred to our guest surgeon. On examination a single piece acrylic IOL is in the anterior chamber, the cornea is edematous, and the pupil is distorted. What happened here? Why is there a PCIOL in the AC? What should you do now?
