2510: intumescent cataract chop

Our guest surgeon does a great job with this tough case of an intumescent white cataract. Fortunately, there is just a little intumescent fluid which consists of liquefied lens cortex, so creating the capsulorhexis proceeds smoothly. The technique is then phaco chop to divide the nucleus into many smaller pieces which are then phaco aspirated with a single-handed technique. A great job and a fun video to watch.
