Our guest surgeon does a great job with this dense whitish cataract using the horizontal chop technique. These cases can be difficult since the fibrous nature of the cataract makes it challenging to propagate the chop fully. This surgeon overcomes that by repeated chopping. Truly a great technique and the video is just fun to watch.
