2349: beautiful horizontal chop case

Our guest surgeon does a great job with this cataract case, performing a beautiful horizontal chop technique. The chopper has a ball-tip for an extra margin of safety and the nucleus is quickly split into smaller quadrants which are then easily phacoemulsified and aspirated. This is a technique of nucleo-fractis that can be learned by any cataract surgeon. I encourage you to watch the video and emulate this technique to begin learning horizontal chop.
