2263: XEN stent placement for glaucoma

This patient already had cataract surgery done years ago and now needs better pressure control for the underlying glaucoma. You and the patient agree that a trabeculectomy or a seton tube device are not needed at this point, so you elect to use the XEN stent to achieve additional aqueous outflow to control the IOP.
